1. Clean room, not so spacious, soft pillow mattress. There are stains on the mattress. Bottled drinking water is provided. No sandals
2. Small bathroom, open the door directly in front of the toilet. Hot and cold water is strong, but why does my skin become slippery when I shower, it doesn't dry even with soap. There is toothpaste, toothbrush and soap. Clean and fragrant towels.
3. The security guard who was said to be unfriendly is now friendly.

The parking location is a bit difficult, we bring a lot of luggage, ask for the portal to be opened so we can get in the car, because we are lifting luggage, the security guard doesn't want to open it, then we lift the luggage he immediately leaves, the security guard is fat, really bad, not worthy of being a security guard, he should be schooled first, the service is really bad, very bad, if you give it a score it is 0

The hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful and there is a laundry service. If the room has a wardrobe, sandals and water cooking utensils, glasses, it would be even better. I have booked this hotel twice, it is also good because it is close to Indomaret.

Cold AC. Staff are very helpful. Laundry is also available at the hotel. The room is very comfortable. Next to Indomaret, although Indomaret is not open 24 hours. Affordable price with good comfort. For the location around Mangga Besar. A bit quiet at night, but good for resting. Overall, worth the price.

The staff is nice, but the security guard is sorry, his body is always full of snot, aka really rude, we said thank you but he didn't answer. The room is clean, minus the bathroom floor is very slippery, be careful for guests who want to stay overnight and there is no closet in the room to put clothes.
