the food lacks variety, sorry it's not really tasty, it's different from the quality of the hotel which is very clean and the air conditioning is of good quality, the room is not soundproof but it's extraordinarily good

It was a pleasure to stay here!
My family and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff was friendly. My request for a deluxe room with a balcony was also handled well. Yes guys, this hotel has several deluxe twin rooms with balconies. It could be an option for smokers ππ»
Comfortable room. 55 inch smart TV, we can log in to YT/netflix/spotify accounts. Very useful for friends who want to staycation.
Clean hotel. In the cafe area, sky lounge, rooms, it looks clean and smells good. There is an ATM for BUMN bank customers.
Breakfast which I think is a little less comfortable. The choice of food is actually quite varied, but for some reason it doesn't suit my tongue. Starting from western food, Asian food, the taste is a bit less suitable. But overall comfortable. Snacks, market snacks, drinks from juice to herbal medicine are available. This hotel also provides americano, cappuccino & cafe latte with espresso based if you are a coffee lover.
Happy staying here. Keep growing for Golden Hill!

Friendly staff. Food is okay. All facilities are functioning very well. TV in the room is big, smart TV, and it works well, youtube, etc. Fast wifi.
I ordered the Premier Lagoon room type which has direct access to the pool (the water is very cold) There are only a few rooms available so it runs out very quickly, but all showers have hot water. Children have an additional charge for breakfast of 85k.
Although the parking lot is minimal, they have a valley that is free and ready to move to their parking lot, they don't know where. The only minus is that. So if you want to go out, you have to wait for the car to be picked up first.
There is a warm pool upstairs but there is a minimum order for adults, 100k per person, and it only opens from 14.00-18.00 (the pool). If the skyhill is open 24 hours it seems, if there is no seating facing the mountain, min. Order.

During the long holiday and in between my family and I going mudik, we stopped by Batu City and tried to stay at the Golden Hill Hotel. First of all, as a new hotel, the hotel is very good in terms of design and the facilities are quite standard for a four-star hotel. The rooms are also very beautiful with complete facilities. It's just that the parking facilities are quite lacking, although this is covered by the free valet parking facilities provided. Secondly, regarding food, especially breakfast, the variety is lacking.

For food during sahur, the rawonx was not hot enough so it was not delicious. The satay was also probably not heated enough so it was a bit cold when we ate it. If possible, heat it up first before serving it to us because during sahur we need warm and delicious food.
