Overall good, clean. But when leaving the hotel and starting the car, found the car mirror forced to close or open manually. So the mirror makes a sound of automatic gear collision. Hopefully it does not damage the gear. Please the vehicle valet officer to be more careful and understand the condition of the guest's vehicle. Thank you.

With an affordable price, the room is really good... can go to the gym for free with your partner... enjoy the night view at the restaurant on the top floor, the breakfast is also masha Allah delicious... and what makes me impressed is the welcome when I arrive. Immediately helped with my bag, I just have to wait in the room 🫶🏻🥰

It was quite a pleasant stay.
They got mini gym, not much machine but they have full set of dumbbell ranging from 2.5 Kg to 20 Kg. You can do variety of free weight exercise. They also got pool, but it was fully occupied by kids 😂.
Breakfast was crowded. Went at 8 AM. The staff got us in waiting list because the dining area was full. Initially it was fine, we understand and we could wait. But it got unpleasant when we noticed staff letting people in without having to que. If you set a rule please keep it. Don't be lenient. It's rude to those who were willing to wait.
Other than that the stay was fine. Room was clean, nice ambience, facilities working just fine, staffs were helpful. Would still consider another stay.

strategic location, the most delicious breakfast of all the hotels I've ever stayed in. there is a minimum order for swimming on the rooftop even though it is for hotel guests which I think is not appropriate, because not everyone likes or is always in the mood to eat Chinese food. thank you.

Chinese New Year'25 holiday. Friendly staff, especially the lady who looks after the pool (still allowed to swim for a while even though the pool is closed), valet parking staff, and security are also responsive. The room is also quite spacious and clean, the wifi for smart TV is quite fast, minus in the room because I got a connecting room, the soundproofing is not good (you can still hear the next room). The view is quite good, you can see the mountains, the air is quite fresh, close to the city center and the Jatim Park 2 tourist attraction, BNS. The parking lot is a bit lacking, because the hotel parking lot is quite far away so if you leave something in the car, it takes time to get it. But it has been anticipated with friendly staff & shuttle cars (but it still wastes time, especially in the rainy season). For breakfast, the food is not very varied in my opinion, and the taste is a bit lacking (bland). But the rest is quite interesting to stay at this hotel and make it an experience. Oh yeah, I haven't tried the hot water pool on the rooftop, I only came to the cafe.

I stayed in a premier room, with a price of more than 1 million, because the booking was tight 😁, for the premier twin type the room was cramped, unlike the premier king I got room 708. sorry, it's not worth it for that price and the hotel environment is very cramped, there is no open space, for parking there is a valet, but it's difficult if there are items left in the car, it's embarrassing to ask for the car to be picked up. want to come back if there is a cheap promo. for employee friendliness the score is 9 and hotel facilities 8.

The room is spacious and pleasant, also clean. Stayed 3 days 2 nights with family and friends. Like the cleanliness. Breakfast has many variations. The location of the hotel is good, close to everywhere. Next time I want to sleep here again. Keep it clean, okay?
