The staff who cleaned the room when I arrived was a bit slow, I thought it wasn't the staff that the hotel guest asked to buy food, but it turned out to be him, when he came back from buying food, when asked, he said there were only pillows left but they still had to wait for another hour, we waited a total of 2 hours more than the check-in time, when we arrived at the room, we asked the staff again because my room door made a sound and they said "that's how it is" without any effort, fortunately there was another staff who tried to fix it, please fix this so that it doesn't happen to other guests.
