Stayed twice with two different types of rooms at the Grand Gallery Hotel. Both types are equally good, comfortable, clean.. love it. Next time I go to Bukit again, I will stay here again..God willing 🥰

My husband and I stayed on 26 Feb 2025, room 203. Very happy, the room is near the balcony, sitting there enjoying the view is really nice. Overall I enjoyed staying at Grand Gallery, the downside is the elevator is slow.

The location is indeed the best. Only about 200 meters to the Clock Tower.
The room was very disappointing.
Damp, smells bad, hair everywhere, towels are very dirty, water heater for boiling dirty water - not cleaned, AC smells, pillows smell bad. There are not many breakfast choices, breakfast at 9 o'clock many of the foods are already empty and have to wait a long time for refills. For a hotel class of 400 thousand, I think it's not worth it, there are still many choices of hotels around the clock tower. I do not recommend this hotel 🙏🏻

Hot water doesn't work properly, breakfast has no taste, at 8 o'clock it's already mostly gone, and there's no variety. Strategic location to the icon and culinary. Oh yeah, the bed set helps, it's a bit damp, and there are some 💩 geckos.

The elevator was broken so we had to go up and down the stairs which were quite steep and slippery when it rained, the food in the restaurant was not very varied, breakfast only had kwetiau noodles, fried rice, toast, lontong, green bean porridge, and cereal, the restaurant was too narrow and small so we couldn't get a seat and had to have breakfast in the area outside the restaurant, the service of the staff in the restaurant was not very responsive and alert. The rooms and cleanliness of the rooms were okay, the reception staff were also very friendly, the location was close to the clock tower and the upper market, if you want to walk it's not too far, walking to the fort was also okay while exercising
