I had the most luxurious and comfortable stay at Grand Hyatt in room 727. I would like to thank mr Fajar in front desk for helping me check in so quickly within 10 minutes. So fast! I’m amazed! The work ethics and the commitment to serve is beyond! Keep up the good work. Also I wanna thank the cleaning team of the room. The room is so gorgeous clean and huge! I hope everything will be back to normal as soon as possible during this hard times. Stay safe and healthy to all

The swimming pool very comfortable, really relaxed, it feels like you are outside the city of Jakarta and the staff is very polite and the service is very pleasant. Our family were happy stay here. Love It

Have a great staycation time with my family, even though I need to reschedule it several times due to the pandemic, the Hyatt staff were really helpful and provide best service. The room is big but quite old for the interior, bed is good and comfortable, the view is Jakarta landmark (bundaran HI), the pool is awesome, breakfast just standard, due to the pandemic the variation of food is limited, need to add with children playground and activities.. Thank you Hyatt for the awesome staycation!

Very comfortable place, friendly staff, good food... Too bad I didn’t get the chance to see and try the swimming pool because it’s under construction/renovation.. Overall = sure, I’ll be back!! See you soon hyatt

The room was superbly clean and spacious, but the power outlet were not quite type C/F plug charger friendly (need a bit of struggle to plug it into), I suggest to take travel adapter with you. The wifi was fast, breakfast buffet was superb, and hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. If you book the rooms with Bundaran view, please note that the spotlights from the lobby roof can hinder your view during nighttime, thus you might not get the scene that you're expecting from photography perspective. And oh, the window glass is quite dirty, too

When I wanted to check in, it took a long time and I had to get angry until after 4 pm and my wife was 8 months pregnant and needed a mattress to sleep on her back.
