I really enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel when I spend short holiday with my family. Outstanding customer service from the staff who are always willing to go beyond and above to make your stay a memorable one. They are friendly, warm and engaging. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Balikpapan. A short walk to some great restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

Already a regular here, the price is above average, but the facilities, location, are the most strategic compared to others. Fitness equipment needs a little maintenance, especially the dumbbells that are rusty and less ergonomic. Food has improved in terms of taste, the hotel is recommended.

service during check in is very slow, the staff is not agile and tends to be ineffective in serving 1 guest for quite a long time. Food at breakfast in the restaurant is not always noticed and is slow to refill, many are almost finished. The concierge staff also tends to be inefficient in helping guests who bring suitcases even though they have to go through the stairs.

I like staying at Jatra the most, it is right next to the biggest mall in Balikpapan. When I get tired of walking around the mall, I can immediately rest. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a nice view.

The hotel's location is very strategic for shopping at the Mall, the rooms are comfortable, it's just that parking is difficult and the breakfast menu is still inferior to other hotels and for the service during sahur, the staff is lacking so there are many obstacles. But it is still recommended 👍
