This accommodation is perfect if you're looking for a hotel between the airport and the city. You can request for a room which is in front of the pool if you're lucky. The rooms aren't very soundproof, but the staffs are hospitable, the rooms are clean, and the hotel looks nice.

The location is okay, the atmosphere and design of the hotel are okay, in the future maybe the receptionist who is already quite friendly can be even friendlier, the breakfast menu and stock can be improved so that it doesn't run out (breakfast at 09.30 has already sold out a lot of menus), when the hotel is full the wifi often lags, the connection is not smooth, apart from that it's okay, thank you

The hotel only has 2 floors, no elevator and all facing the swimming pool. There are 3 swimming pools here so it is suitable for water activities with children, suitable for staycation with family.

Minus: I don't know if it's because of the long weekend or not, yesterday when checking in we had to wait 1.5 hours to enter the room, even when we were given the key, it turned out that the room had not been cleaned so we waited in front of the room

Actually it could be better with a hotel concept like a villa, as long as the cleanliness of the room is considered. There were traces of Nescafe coffee that was opened, meaning it was not checked by housekeeping, the smell of sweat on the small pillow. Surprisingly for breakfast, order omelette by request but only 2 pcs are allowed per room, if you ask for more you will be charged 10,000/pcs.

The bathroom door can't be locked. Access is only via stairs to get a room on the 2nd floor of the corner building. There is no staff to help lift the suitcase. We ordered a family room but asked for an extra bed and it was sold out π. Wifi is slow. Breakfast is quite good even though there are only leftovers because it's almost closed so it's just enough.

why is the balcony so dirty, I asked for it to be cleaned but it wasn't cleaned. there are lots of ants, there are cigarette butts from previous stays that weren't cleaned π₯² it's a shame the hotel is nice but not well maintained, please improve the management, really pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, there are spider webs in the shower.. it's a shame.. maybe next time I won't want to stay here again and it's not recommended π₯² sorry the one with the spider webs (deep) wasn't photographed.

The staff are friendly and the service is good, there was only one problem yesterday when I stayed there, the room was really hot, the AC was broken overnight so I slept really hot. My suggestion is that if the AC is old, it can be replaced because the room is big, if the AC is off, sleeping hot will be uncomfortable at all.

The concept is very good, each room has a clean swimming pool with natural stone floors. The room is quite spacious, the mattress is also spacious, the TV is very adequate, the AC is cold, but the bedsheets need to be rejuvenated to make them fresh. The bathroom is sufficient and functional, the hot water works well. The location is close to Adi Soemarmo Airport and next to Indomaret. The atmosphere is quiet and beautiful. It's just that cleanliness needs to be improved, the stairs and corridor floors are dusty. Oh yes, you can upgrade your room from balcony (2nd floor) to pool access which can directly enter the pool by adding directly when you come to the hotel. Yesterday I was able to request to get building 1 so it's near the lobby (not far to walk inside). Another suggestion to make it more convenient, the depth of the pool can be varied so that children can swim too ππ»πβΊοΈ. Will stay here again if I go to Solo π
