Nice location of the hotel in the city center, close to Plasa Surabaya mall, just walk if you want to go to the mall, yesterday I chose a grand suite room, the room was spacious, there were two TVs, a sofa, a work desk, the lack of a bathroom, the water drain was stagnant, needs to be fixed π

spacious room, cold AC, hot and cold shower OK, there are 2 towels, 1 toothbrush + toothpaste, 1 mug for tea / coffee, there is a hairdryer, comfortable bed and sofa, fun swimming pool.
food delivered to the room, small portions
no hotel slippers
the bathroom floor I occupied did not seem to be sloping towards the drain, so there was a puddle when it was used.
overall quite enjoyable staycation here.

For room 223, the downside is the smell of cigarette smoke, the floor is sticky, the sheets have blood stains. The bathroom sink has a lot of cigarette marks so it's yellow. The upside is that it's close to access to Delta Mall, the staff is friendly. It's a shame that the food is delivered to the room, not a buffet.

The location is good in the city center, close to many malls and tourist attractions. It is not suitable for non-smokers. From the lobby to the room, you will smell cigarette smoke. Even though the room is closed and the AC is turned on, there is still a smell of cigarettes. It is also not suitable for those who bring small children. In addition to many smokers, many electrical outlets are also taken so that small children can play with the electrical outlets below. There are traces of a broken door stopper so the stopper came off and only the bolts were still stuck in the floor. Very dangerous. The blower in the bathroom does not work, even though the bathroom is clean, the smell does not go away.

The bathtub and sink are cracked and cracked and the color is already dirty brown so it is easily dirty. My 3 year old child can judge. There is only 1 toothbrush. There is no cup to rinse your mouth. There are no hotel slippers.
