The location of the hotel is located in the center of Semarang city and is quite strategic. This hotel is integrated with the mall. The room is clean and unique. Warm and cozzy. The staff very kind and helpful. Overall good service. We will come back and stay at this hotel if we go to semarang.

It seems like I won't stay here again because the parking area and check-in are complicated, I have to go up to 5B which is quiet and very dirty like an old building that is not maintained, if women go to the parking lot at night to get things left in the car, it's scary if they meet naughty people, checking in also takes a long time because there is only 1 employee who is ready, for food it is delicious and complete, the swimming pool water smells and the water is not clean, the cleanliness of the room is okay, there is no security guard ready, so it's a bit scary to stay there, the glass in the room is really dirty, like it has never been cleaned, I don't know why yesterday I could choose to stay at Haris Hotel even though there are so many hotel choices in Semarang with a price of 700 thousand 🥲

If you use a big, long, and limited ground clearance car, avoid staying in this hotel. 😱 As the hotel shares the same building with other tenants, to get a free parking facility, you must go to the reception of the hotel to have your parking ticket stamped and give it to the parking officer on the way out.
