The AC in the lobby until entering the room is hot, tends to be stuffy. I have booked a junior suite, expecting to get a comfortable room, entering a hot room waiting for 20 minutes is still hot, the staff came twice and turned off the AC so it was like a sauna, moved to another room, not bad but still can't cool the room. Cleanliness is very lacking, tried the gym there was a broken equipment. Food variety is very lacking, please pay attention to cleanliness.

the fifth time I stayed at the horizon I got room 816 it's more comfortable clean and fragrant always like the bathroom the shower is new not big good only the lack of TV size is small not up to 32 inches yes. try if 32 inches or more then smart TV is more ok, the usual reception varies

I was sleeping with my wife. Housekeeping suddenly came in without knocking. Luckily my wife and I were not doing anything. I was really embarrassed. I asked why I didn't knock and the answer was sorry sir, I didn't think I had checked out. Even though the room had been extended.
