Comfortable hotel and friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, there is a shuttle bus (free) ready to take you to Sepinggan Airport for guests who have flight plans. Just a suggestion for the carpet in the corridor should be removed or cleaned because it smells musty

The water smells and the hotel lift facilities are broken so you have to go through the scary employee lift, many of the electrical sockets in the room cannot be used, please pay attention.

Friendly staff, big room, unfortunately when we arrived the lift was broken so we went up using the emergency stairs, it turned out there was a lift specifically for employees and it wasn't informed, we found out from other visitors.
