we stayed for medical treatment at RSPAD so the location is not too far. The first room was very cold when we entered. (918). Then it leaked so the carpet was wet. We turned off the AC for quite a while but it was still cold and still dripping water.
After reporting, an officer came and fixed the AC, more precisely, just wiped it because he said there was no dew leaking. But the room was very cold even though since turning off the AC we never turned it on again. And the water was still dripping. Btw, the toilet also smelled bad.
The next morning we reported again and Alhamdulillah the room was moved and upgraded. In this room, the temperature felt normal and the toilet was clean and fragrant.
The staff are all very friendly. From the frontliner to the service department, everything is ok.

Some things that need to be fixed include; The safe is not working, the electrical sockets on the desk need to be equipped. The AC in room 908 is not cold enough. Unlike room 1018, it is good. The sink water when first opened is dirty red and black, the hot water is not working properly.

For the room, the sheets were not clean, the water heater was not on, the water tap was on at the same time as the shower, the wifi was slow.
