the room is quite spacious, but the bottom of the bed is very dirty, there is a lot of dust and stuff there. it's like the cleaning staff only cleans the parts that are directly visible. The food is very simple, and for additional people/children to eat, it costs 50,000 for 1 person. quite expensive for a menu that if in warteg maybe only 15-20rb 😅

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, good wardrobes, good desk chairs, large LCD screen televisions, nice complete bathrooms, ample parking space, good service, strong internet network, beautiful breakfast area, and the food tastes just right. . Anyway, satisfied staying at the Bukit Mas Hotel at an affordable price.

Saya booking jam 12 siang, karena dari Jakarta saya cek aplikasi agen online all hotel national/worldwide sudah full sabtu pagi itu. Pesawat saya delay dari Jakarta-Bdj jadi landing jam 10, nyampe hotel bukit mas jam 11. Di permintaan juga sudah saya tulis check in jam 22.00 WITA. Bookingan saya tipe superior. Pas check in kamarnya tidak ada, resepsionis kekeuh bahwa ga ada pesanan email masuk dari agen online. Dengan kondisi banjarmasin semua hotel full book, saya jadi worry. Terus saya diminta tambah bayar type deluxe. Dari 450.000 menjadi 550.000 (aji mumpung banget). Gue shock banget pelayanan hotelnya, yang tidak mencarikan solusi. Saya bilang, tolong telepon manager atau owner nya. Ceritakan kasus ini. Setelah menunggu 1 jam lebih, akhirnya teleponnya tersambung ke owner nya. Alhasil bisa masuk kamar. Sedih banget ga sih, kita datang traveling ke kota orang, tapi tiba-tiba seperti itu pelayanannya. Apalagi memanfaatkan situasinya. Hati-hati ya guys!

Large and spacious deluxe room, quite clean, friendly service, suitable for families. TV channels that are not good, all twinkling and when there is heavy rain there is seepage near the window. But overall good. Hopefully the hotel can improve the lack and in the future can stay again at this hotel.
