In terms of the room. - Space is very very small. - The window we got was very dirty, the glass was not well maintained. - The sheets were very thin. - The trash can in the room was very dirty. In terms of public facilities. - The bathroom under the lobby stairs smelled bad, so if you go through the stairs the aroma is not good. - The lobby is very hot, only one AC is turned on, so we waited for the pick-up in the lobby and it was hot. In terms of staff. - Please help with more training for hospitality for female employees, when we passed by they never greeted us and focused on playing with their cellphones while sitting on the floor and lifting their legs, and when checking out there was 1 half lying on the sofa, we thought they were guests, but it turned out they were employees too. The only friendly and polite ones were the male employees on duty on the night shift

The room is cramped, the hot shower is decent, the toothbrush + toothpaste is not given. The mattress is hard, and the duvet sheets are also dull in color.

The minus is that the sheets are like they have never been replaced and washed, they all smell musty and make it itchy a lot of dust. the mattress is hard too. I stayed 2 nights but the hot water was only on 1x. in the bathroom the description of soap and shampoo is not there, so I am confused about using it. No signal and wifi. plus the water is big, the air conditioner is cold fast + next to the hotel there is Alfamart.
