Some of the facilities are not working like the TV, the shower is broken, the water tank is clogged, hopefully the cleanliness can be better.

Staying at the Grand Malebu Hotel was very pleasant and very helpful, especially when my sister was about to graduate. Basically, I was satisfied with the service there, the receptionists were also friendly.

The room lights are too dim, and there is no telephone in the room, making it difficult to communicate with the receptionist. There are no water jugs and cups in the hotel room so you can't make coffee or tea.

The hotel staff is friendly, the check-in, check-out process and deposit return are fast. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom lights are dim, the hot water is inactive, the shower has uneven water. You should pay more attention to the cleanliness of bed sheets, blankets and pillows because they feel itchy on the skin. Hopefully Grand Malebu can improve on the things above and be more successful.

According to the price because it is cheap, so the car can't deliver to the front of the lobby because from noon until tomorrow there are cars parked in front, from shopping it's really tiring to lift things, the hotel's spertix is not ready to receive guests, maybe they don't mean it, when I want to go home the pick-up car can't go through the top anymore, I have to lift the goods 1/1 again where there is no security either, the bathroom is slippery, the toilet is dirty, not recommended but if you don't have money, you need a hotel like this that is suitable according to the price, only 200 or so, the room is spacious but dirty, the service is not good.
