Everything is good, the only thing lacking is that there is no hot water for bathing & the wifi is not connected, and a suggestion is to add a fence to increase security🙏🏻

The family suite room glass is too wide around the room so the room AC is not too cold. The bathroom should not have a large window, it is better to just close it. The water heater is not hot so the kids take a cold bath. The location is OK. Please improve it so that those who stay are more comfortable.

The room size is small, got the 2nd floor at the end. The old property is damaged. The towels look like they've been used for a long time, the noise from the highway makes it hard to sleep. Sorry, I'm disappointed, I stayed here for 2 nights, couldn't sleep at all, asked to move rooms but it turned out to be the same. Got the price of 240 thousand, not worth it

From Jakarta to Bandung on a weekday for a vacation, and looking for a super impromptu hotel just through Google, I found this hotel, just tried asking, eh the staff was very friendly and immediately offered to check the room first, and it was also allowed if you wanted to book through the application because the price was cheaper even though it didn't include breakfast. It's quite comfortable here, there's a water heater too, for the mattress, the sheets and blankets are also fragrant, towels are provided, there's also gallon water, and there's a hot water kettle for brewing coffee/making instant noodles. The only minus is the ceramic bathroom floor is dirty even though the ceramic walls are clean ... But the rest is really good, quite satisfied

It's not bad for just stopping by, I happen to have work in Lembang, input for the crew on duty, not to smoke and play with their cellphones unless it's to support the work, but the room and facilities are okay, thank you.

A bit creepy, when I stayed it happened to be a weekday, all the rooms were empty, got the second floor in the corner, the view was nice, cold. The staff are friendly.

Staying in the family suite with 2 king beds was very enjoyable, we were 3 adults and 2 toddlers. The rooms are quite clean, the staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately you can't drink bottles, you have to refill gallons outside the room, the hotel atmosphere is comfortable, there are toys for children and a fish pond, next to the main road, it's quite strategic in the center of Lembang city, close to tourist sites. Overall it's okay.

The service is friendly, the response is good and fast. The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean. The room is cool even though it doesn't use AC. Prayer equipment is also provided in the room. Cold and hot water in the bathroom works. The location is strategic, near many places to eat. There is a terrace. The front of the room looks good.

Untuk lokasi hotel bagus, dekat tempat wisata. Untuk ketenangan tidur nggak enak karena berisik dekat jalan raya, sprei juga kotor, kamar mandi sempit, kasur sudah melengkung, bayar lumayan mahal tapi air mineral yang cuma beberapa ribu perak aja nggak dikasih.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, there is a balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. Their service is also very good, if there is something that needs to be handled very quickly, it is handled quickly. Mukena towels and sarongs are available, everything is complete, only sandals are missing. The location is close to everywhere, easy if you want to look for food or something. The rest is okay for a fairly affordable price.

The positives are the big mattresses, and lots of them, so you can sleep comfortably. There is breakfast that can add 35 thousand for those who want it. Across from Indomaret, next to a Sundanese restaurant. In front of the main road directly. There is no AC but it's really cold. Water can be refilled. The negative is the hot water in the morning doesn't turn on. So take a shower with cold water. The wifi is there, it just doesn't work. A bit noisy at night because the front is a big highway.

Check-in on Wednesday is very quiet, it feels like a private hotel. Choose deluxe 2 rooms with 3 beds, 1 gets 4 beds 😁, smooth warm water, there is a prayer mat and alt, balcony for relaxing, small clothes hanger. It's a shame that the 4 beds are just a cupboard and there's no balcony, just near the stairs and there are chairs outside the room for sitting around. Always cold plus every morning enjoy the fog of Lembang. The only drawback is that the location is not in the middle of the city, so looking for food is quite far, even though there is a restaurant next door, in the end, Gofood becomes a mainstay.
