Spacious, clean room according to expectations, the place is right in the middle of the city and the location is very quick to find. Having coffee at the bar is very delicious, the coffee shop is great.

I stayed 4 days 3 nights at this hotel and received good service. 1. The hotel doesn't have an elevator so when I got to my room on the 3rd floor I had to walk up but that's ok because I was exercising at the same time. 2. Parking right in front of the hotel but safe because there is security guarding it. 3. There is a cafe near the hotel lobby, the food is delicious. 4. Service beyond Nurul. I was staying alone but the receptionist offered me food for two and could be taken away so I was contacted every afternoon to ask what I wanted to eat. This hotel is really cool.

The hotel staff was not friendly, we came, but were still doing other things. Place the charger plug far from the bed. There is no water heater to make children's milk.

The hotel is good, cheap, the rooms are clean and spacious, strategic location, good service, only one minus, this hotel doesn't have an elevator, so things are a bit difficult to carry.

There are no glasses/cups in the room, no coffee/tea and water heater. The hot water in the shower is hard to adjust. But the hotel is quite clean.
