Got a free upgrade from executive to studio suite, the check in check out process was extremely satisfying and fast, you probably read the unpleasant reviews from the past, but believe me, they've changed. everything is tidy even for a smoking room, I wish I had more time and if I do, I will definitely extend my stay here

For a 4-star class, the breakfast menu is minimal, many room facilities need to be checked and updated, such as curtains that are not functioning properly, TVs that have broken LCDs on several points, refrigerators that were not available when we checked in because we happened to book 2 rooms of the same type, but have been handled, there are no power outlets near the bed so it is difficult to use if there is, door handle error, telephones often have problems so sometimes they can sometimes not, the cleanliness of the swimming pool needs to be improved. receptionist service is good, housekeeping service is good, restaurant service at breakfast is good. engineering service is lacking, not friendly and needs to be improved. thank you.
