A bit noisy from road traffic outside, wifi isn't working, set up box for TV isn't working; Can't watch the TV even though we call it for technician just work for a while and keep stopped working.

My glasses were lost in my room. I asked for help looking for them. Not long after that I asked them to check the trash to see if they were there. They said they had been thrown away, even though I asked them to look for them because they were really lost in my room. They had no intention of looking for them. Even though I gave money to every STAFF who helped me, including security when I went in and out.
