Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

My wife and children didn't want to go home ðŸ˜
Initially, we just wanted to walk around Banyuwangi until we passed in front of Hotel Santika and suddenly wanted to turn around and check in without looking for another hotel far from the city center, but from the moment we entered, the parking service made us feel comfortable, we were immediately served by the receptionist in a friendly manner plus we got my favorite Ting Ting ginger, the rain in Banyuwangi made us spend more time in the room but our quality time was facilitated with the comfort of the room on the 5th floor last night.. the bathroom made my children not want to stop playing in the water while taking a bath, until when we checked out, my children and wife didn't want to go home.. hopefully we can stay at Santika Hotel Banyuwangi again soon
Atmosphere/Facilities: Quiet, very well soundproofed
Food: from traditional food to salad plus traditional cakes to Italian, very complete
Staff Assistance: helped from the time in the parking lot to the receptionist, helped several times when I wanted to go upstairs and forgot to bring my room card
Highlights: beautiful interior and exterior
Price: the price is very friendly and for the facilities provided this price is very cheap but not cheap
Location: right at the entrance to Banyuwangi city after the first red light KTL (orderly traffic area) immediately turn around at the horse statue and immediately meet the Santika Hotel

When I stayed at Hotel Santika Banyuwangi and overall my experience was very satisfying. The hotel facilities are comfortable and clean, the service is friendly and professional. Although some of the food menus have a taste that is less than my taste, but overall I am satisfied with the service and comfort offered. Book a hotel with a price that is doubled because it is the new year season, hoping to get some rest because we have been on a long journey. After crossing from Lombok to Bali, Bali to Ketapang, arrived at half past 10 at night, it turned out that we got 2 beds put together, they said it was a Hollywood style, but the topper, oh my, just look at the picture. My body ached when I slept because it was really uncomfortable, I wanted to complain after sleeping, taking a shower, and feeling tired but it turned out that I was still sleeping on a strange bed. Sorry to say this is an honest review, the food is also not delicious, I thought the French bread was crispy but it was just regular bread shaped similarly, the food is also honest. only tasted a little because it was not very tasty, a few hours until past midnight the smell of burning wet leaves entered the room and had to turn off the AC so it wouldn't smell too bad because the hotel concept is open so the wind and smoke from outside can go straight into the semi-open hallway and can enter the gaps in the room doors, I don't know if the environment is like that or not but it's really uncomfortable with the smell of burning for hours. I've complained about the mattress problem, I was offered lunch, but what can I do, I can actually afford lunch, but I was forced to accept food from the hotel. But it doesn't reduce my honesty so that in the future this hotel can be better. No hurt feelings.
