The hotel is cool, close to everything, clean and the food is also varied. Only a little lacking about the room lighting and the kettle for boiling water that can't stand the heat.

Been a member since 2016, Santika is always the main choice for staycation, Clean, the open hotel climate is very fresh, the rooms are fragrant, all the F&B is delicious. The friendliness is felt since the valley officer opened the car door to the housekeeping and cleaning service officers. Love Santika so muchโค๏ธ

When I stayed I took the Family type, suitable for 5 people (my children: 2 teenagers & 1st grade elementary school) there is a mezzanine room for my 2 girls. The room & bathroom are comfortable & clean. The food is delicious & has many variations. My children asked me to stay at Santika again if they go to Malang. Thank you Hotel Santika.

every time I go to Malang, I always stay at Santika, because the rooms are comfortable and quiet, clean, the lobby is spacious and comfortable. the swimming pool is clean, the water also feels fresh, not much chlorine.
