The staff is friendly, there is a free shuttle to the airport, the hotel is old, the sink, toilet and bathroom work well, the room smells a bit musty, the sheets and towels are shabby.

Just stayed overnight for transit before the morning flight. Old hotel, indeed not expected to be good. But at least it could be cleaner. The check-in/check-out process is fast, need a deposit or use an ID card. The floors are dirty as if they haven't been mopped. The bathroom floor is especially very slippery as if it has never been brushed. Coffee, tea and heater are available, also simple toiletries, but the problem is the towels are no longer white, almost brown even though I'm sure they are clean but I can't bear to use them. The only thing that is quite good is the location which is close to T2 Juanda, and the wifi is quite fast maybe because there are few guests. Next time, I won't stay here again, the kids said it was like a horror movie. Sorry hotel management, it seems like it's time to improve the facilities (and upgrade the cleanliness standards). Thank you

Old hotel, but the room facilities are like a 3-star hotel. Because the hotel is old, the bath towels are decent cloths. If you don't bring a towel, it won't be comfortable to use. The bed also had to be replaced, it was uncomfortable. If you stay for a long time. But if it's just transit to the airport the next day, that's okay. The position of the hotel is strategic, it only takes five minutes to arrive at Juanda airport.

Secara keseluruhan hotel memuaskan dengan fasilitas yang ada. Yang saya sayangkan bagian admin hotel kurang teliti, alhasil saya sekeluarga turun kelas dari premium room ke standar room, karena kamar yang telah saya pesan sebulan sebelumnya diberikan ke orang lain. Menu sarapan juga beragam. Tetapi sarapan diantar ke kamar masing-masing, mungkin efek pandemi. Overall untuk hotel Sinar 3 memuaskan, dekat dengan bandara. Insya Allah kalau kami ke Surabaya akan menginap lagi.

The agent did not immediately send proof of my order to Hotel Sinar 3's email. So the hotel had to confirm several times and doubted my order. This took approximately 2 (two) hours, even though my order only extended my stay. This violates my privacy as a loyal user. What an unpleasant experience.
