Price wise it is OK. Very old hotel but still quite decent. I think I will give it second try. But the staffs are not really (soem are nice tho) friendly and the security is not helpful. No one will help you to get into or out of the aprking area.

Friendly staff, beautiful environment. It turns out that the swimming pool facility is the Mangkubumi Park swimming pool. The breakfast is not a buffet system. FYI, the price for arriving straight away is cheaper than booking here

The room was smelly, the carpet floor was smelly and not clean, the room layout was uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty and smelly, the toilet also smelled, when I arrived the bed sheets were also dusty, the hot water took a long time to get hot and then it started to run out.

+ FO and roomboy are friendly and helpful. + Easy to find location, on the main road. + The atmosphere outside the hotel and FO is very beautiful. + Many swimming pools. - Dirty room, the floor looks like it hasn't been swept, I even found toenail clippings near the bed. - The AC is not cold, I have complained and the officer came to check but there was no solution, instead asked back "can this be fixed tomorrow afternoon Miss, can't at night, what should I do?". Well I don't know, I'm a guest, how can I ask back. - A ladle is provided but it's broken. - Still about the AC, at night besides the AC not working properly, water is also pouring out from the side of the AC. - The "LED" lights above the edge of the bed don't work. - The toilet is dirty, the bucket is also dirty. - The shower doesn't work properly, the water doesn't spread evenly. It doesn't match the price paid to the app.

The staff are all old, not like a normal hotel, not fresh graduates. There are lots of spiders in the room, the sheets are dirty, I got itchy. The bathroom has small water, it is difficult to use, the cleanliness is 60%. I was disappointed with the breakfast, it was just cold fried rice, I don't know when it was cooked. Because the delivery to the dining table took a long time. There was only warm tea to drink and that was made by myself. Even though this is a 3 star hotel, the cleanliness should be improved and the food should be a buffet
