Rooms with city view are great at night.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, never disappointed with the facilities and friendly staff.

The hotel location is very strategic near Simpang Lima, the room is clean and looks new. What I like is that they provide a room with 3 single beds.

The place is comfortable, close to Simpang Lima so it's easy to eat, the hotel is clean, the breakfast menu is varied, the staff is friendly. The downside is that if you want to go to the lobby you have to go up the stairs first, it's quite high, it's a bit of a problem if you bring elderly people who have to go up the stairs back and forth. Overall rate 8.5/10.

The entrance and exit corridor to the 3rd floor is close to the restaurant and is rather narrow and smells of pest control medicine, when we entered at night at 23.30 WIB

Coincidentally, it's the Ramadan moment... strategic location... easy to find food for sahur and the triple bed makes for a comfortable rest.

I went to Semarang for the second time during my work trip. I stayed there for 6 days 5 nights, starting from March 12th until March 17th. Firstly, I booked 3 separate rooms with the classic type. But in the middle of the time before my arrival, I changed my mind and decided to upgrade 2 from 3 rooms I booked into the deluxe ones with a connecting door inside. I texted the hotel's staff through WhatsApp and their responses were so friendly and helpful. I could do some upgrades easily even only from far away (I came from Bandung City). The atmosphere of the hotel was very comfortable; the rooms, the foods, the staffs, the cleanliness, and all the things related! Ibis Group never fails to make me feel alive and recharged. Let me just say thank you so much!

I don't like the receptionist at night named Hidaya, who doesn't want to deliver the items I ordered to the hotel to my room.

The location is very close to Simpang Lima, there are many culinary places around the hotel. The AC was not cold at first but was immediately handled by a technician. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery.

I don't know why, but we only got 1 amneties. I can ask for more, but it will be nicer if it's there without me needing to ask

Went to Semarang because I had to attend a meeting, I could check in early, got a room on the same floor as the meeting room, the room was clean, close to the city center

Overall good, comfortable, 2x stay here is fun. The room directly views Simpang 5. Yesterday stayed on New Year's Eve. The rain was not a problem. Could see the fireworks
