What actually needs to be improved is the swimming pool facilities. Hotel guests should be given more facilities. This is the opposite. Hotel guests can only enter the swimming pool at 8:30 while non-hotel guests or regular pool visitors can enter at 8. I think it's strange. While we want to stay there and pay a lot of money to exercise from morning around the swimming pool because the only thing that looks better is the swimming pool.

The first room had a leak from the window area and flooded the floor during heavy rain
Immediately given a replacement room that did not leak. Need to wait about 20 minutes for the replacement room to be ready for use.

please check the AC again
I have stayed there several times, the AC is not cold
if possible, spray some air freshener to make it smell good

We stayed to take the kids swimming, at 7 am we went down and the staff said 8 am, at 8 am we went down and the staff said it opens at 9 am, at 9 am we asked and they said 10 am 😠, while check out time is at 12 pm... this hotel is not recommended.

The place is indeed strategic, but the hotel is very lacking in terms of cleanliness and before 10 am the breakfast was finished because the level of supervision was lacking because people could enter more than the hotel standard because people could enter from the area to the swimming pool to eat even though it was supervised in front, even though I heard that the hotel owner is Chinese, usually Chinese people are good at providing service, especially in the business world like hotels
