A very nice hotel, great location, we can find many food options around the hotel from street food until fast food chain. Room is ok, clean and spacious enough. Comfy bed. Tasty breakfast. All the staffs are helpful, polite and friendly. Will be back again for sure!

Location is very good. We can explore some culinary experiences around. The room is clean and simple. Not too small and not too large. Unfortunately, our room lock sensor type had not work couple times but in the end it was just technical reason. Will stay there again in next trip.

The location is really good, close to everywhere. The food tastes just average. Suggestion for the salad is to add a variant of mayo. The room size is small, but it's okay if you make it yourself. For families with children, it seems less suitable.

Early Check In is allowed. The hotel atmosphere is a blend of classic and modern. Breakfast is standard. The Champ type window is covered by a permanent cover, for whatever reason, so it reduces the view of the city which is actually very beautiful.

Always stayed here every-time i came to Sby. And for the last time they’re upgraded my room from city view into suite room. The room so clean, not to spacious but comfy. The things i love the most is gym and laundry shoes. :D

for breakfast choices are not many and the taste is standard, but satisfied with the room service. ask for a mat, the hairdryer is immediately sent without taking long. if possible the receptionist can add a smile to the customer ☺☺☺

Had a business trip to Surabaya and stayed at Kampi Hotel for 1 night. Overall good, the room was clean and the access is very strategic (nearby Tunjungan Plaza Mall, can be reached by walking for 5 minutes). Will definitely come back again!
