The check-in area is not classy. But in terms of the hotel, it's ok for families. Clean and spacious. The swimming pool is only for adults. There is no special pool for children. But everything is ok. Definitely want to stay again next time. Thank you y

Suite Khayangan. The unit is surprisingly spacious for such an affordable price, it has mini pantry, dining table, living room, and the room is very spacious too. If you bring over a group or a family, this unit could accommodate 5 people. The place smells good and also clean. The location is also strategic in Sanur, it's so close to many cafe, restaurant and it's a walkable distance to the Icon Mall Sanur. For this price, it was really worth the stay

In the evening 3 hours before flight schedule the Citilink airlines to Bali was cancel due the volcano dust in airport Bali., I sure this hotel had great location dan services,. But I was no show and no cancelation because the airlines closure on the evening (4 pm)

As the name suggests, I didn't expect the rooms and facilities to be that good for Homestay class. The food is also recommended, the rooftop pool is also clean and the view is really good. The location is just a walk to the beach. It's addictive.

I'm providing this feedback with the hope that the hotel take note, as all this is fixable The first thing you notice is the stairs, three sets just to get to reception, and no one to help with luggage. My first night the Balcony door did not lock, I tried to have it fixed but there was no one on site to do so, spent the night a little paranoid - eventually had it fixed but kept breaking - very easy to climb onto the balcony and then enter my room, so was a little unnerving. Staff entered my room when I was not there (twice in one day - and NOT to clean) when questioned they checked the CCTV and I questioned the staff member involved, he said he was checking the garden outside my balcony?? - seemed very unusual to enter a room unless you were there to clean it. Surely once you leave your room it should NOT be entered unless you have left the "Please clean my room' sign. You are not allowed to flush toilet paper which is fine if you supply a bidet, but there is only the usual hose, sorry but us Aussies are not accustomed to that wet mess. No cutlery in kitchen. Only supply coffee sachets - I asked for tea bags and was told they don't supply them. 2 bottles of water supplied per day but if you break the bottle or take it from the room, you are charged for it. No soap in the bathroom, just body wash in the shower and no hand towel. Balcony yes, but no chairs to sit on. The outlook is locals backyards so don't expect any fancy views. I broke a drinking glass by accident - they charged me $5 on checkout to replace it! Beer at the bar is not cold enough and they don't have stubby holders. On a positive note, most of the staff were amazing and friendly!, the location is brilliant, 2 TV's with satellite, comfy bed and cool air-conditioning. Great shower - hot with a lot of water pressure.

The rooms is superb, the location is very strategic. However in the morning there was electricity off and there is no one in charge at the hotel. No receptionist, no technical, no cleaning service, no staff at all so there is no one to contact at the moment and I decided to check out from the hotel. Hope this hotel can improve the management system in future.

Friendly and helpful staff (the most important thing), spacious room, clean and tidy, also beautiful and wide pool.

Kayangan was ideally located to Sunday beach and restaurants. I wanted a tattoo and there was PJ 's tattoo parlour just down the street. Breakfast was a bit slow in coming but tasted great (worth the wait) there was a very pleasant breeze through the foyer it made it a very good place sit and relax. The pool was too cold for me but my travel partners loved going swimming. The mattress was too hard for me but I slept on top of the downer and covered with the beach towel when it got too cool. They didn't have enough linen to give me an extra sheet. But it's Bali and I love that you don't always get what you ask for! The rooms were excellent the staff couldn't be more helpful and courteous I have a wonderful time would recommend.

This is my second time staying here. I love the size and design of the room, and also the location that is close to the beach and restaurants in Sanur. But my room experience is not good. At first, the shower was broken. At this time I booked a suite room and the air conditioner was broken 😢. I guess the maintenance is very bad here. And in terms of hospitality service, they are lower than a 3 star hotel. This hotel has so much potential, but there are so many things needed to improve in terms of management and services. I hope this review can help the management to improve.
