It started with waiting for my in-laws to come home from the airport because it was really close. It was awesome, for that price I was really satisfied even though I didn't order anything to eat, but there was a cafe that was friendlier to my wallet, there were also lots of places to eat around the hotel, it was really recommended.

The taste of the food is lacking, and tends to be bland. When entering the room, many parts have not been prepared so you have to ask the receptionist and need to wait for some time, such as the AC remote is missing, towels and bathroom mats are missing.

The hotel is not as shown in the app, the room cleanliness is not good, the room lighting is not optimal, the bathroom exhaust does not work. I ordered 2 twin beds but was given one standard bed. The variety of food in the restaurant is small. The staff is not very informative. Overall not satisfactory.

Friendly staff. Check-in time was 14.00, I arrived at 13.30 and it turned out the GD room wasn't ready (I ordered 2 types of rooms) so at 14.00 I was still waiting for another 10 minutes. Soundproofing is very poor. Because the hotel was busy, I could still hear people chatting from the hallway. This time I tried fried rice, vermicelli, pasta, slice cake, chicken curry. Thank God it's all delicious, fresh fruit. And you can request an omelette to be made. The swimming pool needs to be looked at again, because. Many floors have been removed, there is concern that someone will be injured. And, btw. Thank you for making art towels, and thank you for providing adjoining rooms according to my order by WA 🙏

Friendly staff. Check-in time was 14.00, I arrived at 13.30 and it turned out the GD room was not ready (I ordered 2 types of rooms) so at 14.00 I was still waiting for another 10 minutes. Arriving at the room, there was a problem with the AC, but the response was quick. By sending a technician to the room. Soundproofing is very poor. Because the hotel was busy, I was in the corner room and still heard people chatting from the hallway. Also when I wanted to sleep at around 21.30 the room above was very noisy, disturbing (my room was 320). But the response was good via the hotel's WA CS. This time I tried rice briayi, pasta, slice cake, chicken curry. Thank God it's all delicious, fresh fruit. And you can request an omelette to be made. The swimming pool needs to be looked at again, because. Many floors have been removed, there is concern that someone will be injured.

I ordered a large 1 bed mattress, after checking in I went to the room, it turned out I got 2 large beds. Small, after going back to the receptionist, to confirm, it turned out that 1 big bed was empty, but why wasn't it informed when I first checked in, so this was a waste of my time, I had to go back.

Hotel staff is friendly. Often come to this hotel. HOWEVER. (1) Room door no. 308 with the Grand Deluxe type had a bit of a problem, where after the door was closed the alarm still sounded several times. (2) The bathroom towels were thin, and some had holes/torn. (3) Thin bathroom mat/mat. (4) The bathroom lights are too dark, and the light behind the sink mirror does not turn on. I have stayed at the Kyriad Hotel several times. However, yesterday's visit (06/07/2024) felt less than satisfactory.
