Went to this hotel for transit before we go to Bali. Our room was upgraded for free, and the room was clean and pretty big. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good & assorted cake was delicious! Definetely would stay here again.

Thanks for upgrading my room from junior suite to be royal suite, the room is so comfy. The receptionist was so helpful to let me doing early check in since we reach Banyuwangi earlier than expected. The restaurant has great outdoor ambients.

The staff is very friendly, the hospitality is very good. Unfortunately the room is a bit less clean, the facilities are not well maintained and kept clean. For example, in the swimming pool when you look into it there is a lot of dirt. In fact, it is actually relatively good and has potential.
