The room is dirty, the bathroom too. Asked the staff to clean the bathroom but they didn't come, the bed sheets are also worn out. Hopefully there will be improvements from the management.

The bathroom, toilet, sink are very dirty and damaged. The bathroom door in room 206 could not be closed. When the bed cover was opened, the sheets were as crunchy as sand. There are shoe marks on the bed sheets. The bed sheets, pillowcases, towels are grayish in color.

Stafnya ramah dan semuanya ok, kecuali bed cover yang tidak bersih dan bernoda, makan karena beberapa tamu makan di atas kasur mereka dan meninggalkan noda yang sulit dicuci, namun seharusnya bisa diperhatikan juga agar staf memasang linen yang benar-benar bersih

Receptionist 24jam, cek in jam 12 malam gak masalah dan sangat cepat prosesnya. Ada lift juga jadi gak capek naik tangga. Cuman sayang kamarnya kurang bersih, seprai bau, bantal bau, kayak gak diganti jadi masih bau keringat manusia. Ac nya gak dingin. Ada anak kecil nangis semalaman di kamar sebelah. Selebihnya oke aja.

Kebersihan kurang, lantai berminyak, ac kurang dingin, air pelan. Saat komplain ac kurang dingin, kunci dititipkan ke resepsionis (pagi), malamnya saya kembali ke resepsionis untuk ambil kunci, kunci malah ditinggal di kamar oleh petugas (pintu tidak terkunci saat saya ke kamar).

Kamar bau apek/lembab. Kulkas juga bau. Kamar mandi bau dan tak terawat. Exhaust fan tidak berfungsi. AC di kamar pun tidak dingin. Tempat parkir pun hanya sedikit sekali.

The staff is friendly, the bedrooms are okay, the only thing lacking is the bathroom. The sink still had soap residue, and on the floor there was some kind of black caterpillar/worm, I don't know what it was. If possible, at that price, getting a towel and toothbrush would be even better.
