This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. Food was amazing as always, nicer than other standard hotel breakfasts. Room was great and clean, the bathroom has a bathtub so comfy.

From the past until now, checking in has always taken a long time :) I ordered a bulgary room set of 4 and it was still not ready, finally I was given the merlyn type. It's bigger but the AC is hot until I have to call a technician at night and it doesn't even get cold. The carpet is dirty. The water that was just turned on smells really bad. The jacuzzi also smells when it's turned on. The usual breakfast is Nutella, but now it's gone. And why is the milk being used Indomilk? Isn't that wrong? The percentage of milk is very small. When I wanted to check in for parking, I didn't read it, so I had to go back to the lobby. It's terrible.

The staff is very friendly when H-1 wrong ticket order in rescheduled very smoothly and quickly. The check-in process is very easy, the room cleanliness is very good and the breakfast is very delicious, the facilities are also very good. The staff is very friendly. the room is spacious, the AC is very cold, the bathroom is spacious but the bathtub is leaking, the food is delicious and there are lots of choices.. overall it's very comfortable to stay, especially the breakfast menu which is very extensive + all delicious.. the staff are also all friendly from the security to the staff in the hotel.. the minus is the leaking bathtub but it's not a problem.. still very comfortable to stay here..

Okay, but when checking in at the lobby there were a lot of people, the receptionist looked confused, many of the counters were empty. I queued at the empty counter, because I thought the officer would come back, because there was no sign that the counter was closed and so on. But it turned out there was no officer, after waiting for a long time, I was asked to look for a counter with an officer. It was a bit annoying but I understand, because it was crowded. The room was nice, big, according to the photo, comfortable. Complete restaurant, many choices. A little input for the hotel, so that the karaoke facilities in the swimming pool are specifically for children only. Yesterday I swam with my family and was entertained by mothers who sang dangdut melow, like at a village party, but overall it was good, according to the price.

When checking in, even though it wasn't that crowded, the process took a really long time. I was in the first queue, not the second or third, but it took a long time. It was strange. I thought it was just me, but it turned out that the process was really taking a long time.
