This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s always been a pleasure to stay here. Food was amazing as always, nicer than other standard hotel breakfasts. Room was great and clean, the bathroom has a bathtub so comfy.

First time staying at this hotel, impressive, the room is clean and spacious, a variety of food choices to the point of being confused about which one to eat, all delicious, good service. It's just that when our room was about to be upgraded in the morning it was announced, it turned out that when we entered the night the room type was still the same as the one we first ordered and there was no prior confirmation from the hotel staff

Friendly staff, all room requests were fulfilled even though I had to wait 45 minutes from check in time. The TV remote in the room also didn't work, hopefully next time I can be more careful. The food is delicious and very varied. The gym is comfortable, the pool is also clean.

An unforgettable 3-day Staycation experience with family with friendly security and receptionists since check-in, spacious rooms with facilities and cleanliness, various variations and flavors of breakfast food.
We also don't want to miss the BBQ AYCE Saturday dinner on the 7th floor which is super adorable.
The point is very happy and satisfied with the affordable price for a 5-star hotel.

Spacious hotel room, thick carpet floor, get the highest floor room so the view is good. Clean and spacious toilet, there is a bathtub, smooth and strong water, toilet without bidet. There is a large swimming pool for children and adults. There are many choices of breakfast, it tastes good especially the biryani rice, humble restaurant staff, spacious restaurant, many instagrammable photo spots. Stayed 2 days, on the second day asked for room cleaning, forgot to give a change of towels, called up to 2 times just came maybe because the hotel guests were very crowded. The drink amenities in the room are very good, the coffee, tea and wedang seem to be specially made for this hotel, unfortunately forgot to ask for more lol
