The location is only a few light walks away from Tunjungan Plaza, which is nice. The room itself is nice and a proper rest is possible here. I applaud the shower too which has functioning partition door to separate it from the toilet. For this price, its really good!

It was a great experience during stayed at midtown hotel Surabaya, I always stay here when I visit Surabaya. It is a nice hotel to stay. The rooms are neat and clean. There are smoking and non smoking on different floor. The staffs are very nice and friendly, helpful. Facility are in good condition. Aircond was working properly. Location is in the heart of city. Very recommended for the price. It worthy. Keep it up Midtown team

The hotel location is close to the mall and souvenir center of Surabaya, very strategic, the room is quite large, the breakfast is delicious and has many variations. If you go to Surabaya again, it will be an alternative to stay here.

The hotel staff is friendly, but because the car parking space is limited, the car is parked outside the hotel area with free valet facilities. And the security officers are also limited, so you have to wait to be picked up first.
