The villa so nice and clean. Great customer service. As I’m having my first trip to montigo on a honeymoon trip. Staff was so sweet with their surprise with songs and cake. Unexpected stay. We also have our candlelight dinner by the pool of our villa. Food was super delicious. Will return again soon.

The staff was very friendly, the last day of the stay during heavy rain, the villa's electricity suddenly went out, it seemed like there was a short circuit and the bathroom was leaking, water came in very quickly in the bathroom. For a 5 star hotel class, it is very far below expectations for the property.

Staff were friendly and housekeeping was done daily even though we didn't ask for cleaning. They provide mineral water everyday and it was great as it kept us hydrated. ☺.

Resort is good but disappointed at birthday preparation, disappointed with breakfast, no english style. How come at 15.15pm the room not even ready yet and no birtday decoration prepared yet.

Had a pleasant stay. Wish they have special arrangement for anniversary such as room or complimentary slice. Nevertheless customer service is good! Polite, prompt and tries to cater to your needs. Water supply is cut off around 10am on check out day, wonder why.

Feels like being cheated and squeezed to stay here. It says deluxe room with 2 rooms. But when the 4 of them came, the 3rd 4th person had to pay another 400 thousand x 2 people. If it's just 2 people. What's room 2 hello for? Amazing blackmail trick, Most disappointed experience during the stay. Won't be going back to montigo again. The price is expensive and not worth it!

Although the villa is getting a little run down but the service is good. No more calling help desk using phone. Is through WhatsApp text. Buggy to everywhere in the resort. Car rental to mall available. Activities available too (extra charges) villa is big and spacious. Con: last day the electricity and water was down for hours. Mosquitoes a lot.

The room was very spacious and clean. The private pool was in excellent condition with very clean and clear water. The view from the pool and terrace was magnificent. The staff were all very helpful and services were fast, especially Ibu Lestari from the Front Desk/Reception. The food at the restaurants were very tasty but a bit pricey. All in all, my wife and I had a great time. Would definitely stay at Montigo Resort Nongsa again. Very higly recommended!

This is the worst experience during a hotel stay, the price is not directly proportional to the service provided. The facilities are also not maintained. Slow response, broken room phone. The air conditioner is not cold and must be repaired so that it makes it uncomfortable when it should be used for rest. Calls are always late and have to be called many times. The rooms are dusty and some are still left by the previous guests. Very not worth the price. Check out had to wait more than 15mins in the heat outside and no one said sorry for making us wait. Not recommended at all and will not repeat to stay here.
