I've stayed here many times, the food is varied, it tastes good, the rooms are quite spacious, the kids love swimming here because it's not too deep, and there's a playground too

The staff is great - super friendly. Also the pool and garden is very nice. Clean room with good sound isolation. The breakfast offer could be a bit better but overall the hotel restaurant is also very good. Thank you for the stay (already stayed there 3 times)!

Recommended, there was a slight problem with the TV but it was immediately fixed and replaced with a new TV by the staff quickly. The room, atmosphere, facilities and food are quite satisfying. The staff is very responsive and friendly.

Actually overall it's quite good, the only annoying thing is because I booked this for my friend's honeymoon + his wife's birthday and I've noted in my special request that I ask for the room to be decorated for honeymoon. My friend checked in past the check in time which means the room should have been ready but it turned out they were still waiting: 3. And surprisingly when checking in the room was not decorated at all and there was no word from the staff even though I clearly put in a note asking for help to decorate it. Honestly, I'm really disappointed with the hotel because my request was not read, I wanted to complain like oh it's so troublesome later I'll be asked to wait again and then the staff will scold me for the request. So I was like I'm just lazy, hopefully next time someone books and gives an important note like that the hotel will be more careful. Oh yeah and one more thing, I've tried WhatsApp and calling the hotel directly based on the number on their official website starting from the reservation number even to the marketing 3-4 times with no response at all. This hotel is crazy, it's really hard to reach out to guests. For me it's last time and never be back to this hotel, sorry to say Narita🙏🏻

a really good hotel for a staycation in Tangerang, comfortable rooms, there is a playground and a clean swimming pool, friendly staff, but at that time there was no breakfast.. it's okay, luckily we booked one without breakfast.. there is also a porridge seller in front of the hotel, but anakkungineps is really happy staying here..

Regular customers every time I have business in Tangerang because apart from its quite complete facilities, the location of this hotel is not too far from the train station, and what surprised me is that now the breakfast menu has many variations with quite delicious flavors.
