The hotel staff is very friendly, it's great, it's close to the toll gate, the downside is that there's a bit of poor coordination when parking, my vehicle couldn't get out of the parking lot because it was blocked by vehicles from visitors who were having Iftar.

I managed to stay overnight on the high floor but I could still hear the noise from the street in front of the hotel, not too loud but enough to make it difficult to concentrate on sleeping. I also told the receptionist about it when checking out, hopefully there will be an upgrade to the soundproofing. Overall quite satisfying

It's the best and latest hotel in Ngawi, but location is not in the city area. Too bad there is no swimming pool for kids under 125cm. The room is clean and provide complete amenities.
Cannot request for early check in, I think this is something that the hotel management should consider for flexibility, because some visitor are from out of town and arrive to the hotel before check in time.
For breakfast menu, the food taste quite nice with decent variety of menu, we must request for omellette and the staff will ask the kitchen to cook it. My child wants to take 1 donut outside the resto, but the staff said the food must be consumed inside the restaurant.
I think the staff must be trained again, to sharpen their initiative and hospitality to costumers, considering the hotel claims as a 3-4 star hotel.
All in all, we had a nice family staycation at the hotel.

The only national standard hotel in Ngawi. No need to ask about the facilities and comfort. Good.. no competitors in Ngawi.
If the position is near the terminal, it is a bit far from the city center.
Good restaurant, the food is quite varied, the taste is also good.
Not bad there is a swimming pool.
The view on the west side is good, you can see Mount Lawu clearly, while seeing the horizon filled with rice fields.
