Very nice and cozy hotel! The hill-side view is amazing, the staffs are all very nice and helpful. For a 3-stars hotel, it feels like a 4-stars. Definitely will stay here again when visiting the area!

I had a wonderful time staying in Nava. The air, ambiance, and hospitality was great. Staff was so helpful, knew that I went alone for my solo trip, they didn’t hesitate to help me reaching the bus station. Secluded, with quiet and beautiful surroundings, I think this is my best stay in Tawangmangu so far. Thank you 💚

I think this is he best hotel in tawangmangu area. very nice modern beside forest. I got best room view at 6th floor. breakfast was good. pool was clean and maintained well. no need to think twice to stay here

One of the best hotels in Tawangmangu, the view from the room is really cool. The atmosphere is nice. The staff service is also friendly. My complaint is that the wifi is not fast enough and often disconnects, the food tastes okay but the variety needs to be improved, but for a 3-star hotel it is the best.

Stayed the second day. Enjoyed the very clean swimming pool, surrounded by a very impressive view. There are several bird cages, iguanas, and squirrels around the pool. Unfortunately the rabbits were not released according to schedule, at 08.00 WIB. Even though my child really wanted to feed them. The breakfast menu is all about Padang.

A very comfortable hotel with a very beautiful view, very neat, very clean, delicious food, location near Tawangmangu Terminal, walk a little while enjoying the view. The breakfast menu changes theme every day. On the first day of staying the theme was Balinese cuisine, the second day the theme was Padang cuisine. There was one problem during the stay, but the hotel responded very well to the complaint, corrected the error and gave compensation. We have only found this kind of response at Hotel Nava throughout our experience. Input, during a 2-day stay, we found 3 people falling and slipping around the pool area because they were wearing hotel sandals. The management should make a verbal and written appeal to remind guests not to repeat the same mistake.

It's not comfortable even though there is a balcony but smoking is not allowed. If you want to smoke, you have to go down to the 1st floor where a place has been provided. Actually, the hotel is quite comfortable.

Nice and spacious hotel. Unfortunately the atmosphere is not always calm for those who staycation. Above our room is a meeting room that is very noisy until 12 o'clock at night and only stops after we complain. In the morning we were woken up by the sound of music and a very loud EO who arranged the event for other guests as if all the rooms in the hotel had been booked by them. The hotel did not inform us beforehand and there was neglect without considering the comfort and tranquility of other guests who booked rooms with views that were more expensive. We were very disappointed that an expensive staycation was still not as expected 😓. The noise continued before we woke up in the morning during breakfast until before checking out.

The staff service is very very friendly. All requests are served and prepared very well. I happened to get a room on the 6th floor, and the view is really amazing. The children also felt at home because there were many kids activities, and all of them were provided for free. For breakfast, the menu is varied, there is also a menu for children. Next time I go home, I will come here again.
