What I liked staying in this hotel was the price/room rates. Their price was so cheap for nice room facilities, exp, comfort beds, nice shower room.

Room 107, the AC water leaks under the TV. It has been leaking since we first stayed there. Please pay attention to the cleaning service or the checker.

The service was really good, the receptionist was very helpful, the valet was very fast, the downside was that the water heater didn't work, and lastly there was a leak in front of the dressing mirror, luckily I was about to check out, but it was quite annoying, thanks neo

Strategic access, good staff, I booked 2 rooms, one room was okay, but the other room had small cockroaches so I had to ask for a room change, the staff immediately gave me another room and fortunately there were no more small cockroaches. First impression was not good for me.

Smaller room than the other Neo hotel that I stayed before. No hot water in the evening. Parking space is too small even for motorbikes. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Request for mango juice at the restaurant but given a mango flavored drink. And only in this hotel can you extend your stay? There should be no room that still has guests already sold. The plan to extend was forced to check out in a hurry. Annoying.
