Perhaps the best place to stay in Jajag. Rooms were spacious and clean with AC and en-suite bathroom. The hotel has a large pool and a very good restaurant serving very good quality Indonesian and Chinese food. The lumpia is recommended. A buffet breakfast was served by the pool.

It unpredictably vaster than I imagine. The room was clean and comfortable. There were free welcome drink and swimming. It has a cafe too.

1. The sink leaked, even though it was cleaned the residue was a bit smelly, asked to exchange for an equivalent room but was not given. 2. The room was a bit damp, the ceiling/walls looked moldy. 3. The checkout process was 15 minutes, slow even though there was nothing in the room.

I arrived at 13.45 and couldn't check in straight away, had to wait until 14.00.
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the hotel atmosphere was suitable for families.
There are tennis and basketball facilities, but you have to book in advance at the reception. So those who want to use the sports facilities don't forget to book in advance when checking in. Basketball and tennis equipment are also provided at the reception.
For food, please improve the variety and especially the taste, sorry yesterday the taste of capjay was a bit bland.
