Roomboy was very clean in cleaning the room when I extended my stay, but it was a shame that during the 3 days I was at the hotel, the wifi was really slow and kept reconnecting.

I really appreciate the room cleaning staff, they even arranged my super messy stuff on the table very neatly, whereas in other hotels it's usually just left alone, but the downside is that the wifi is really, really bad.

Second time staying at Oak Tree. Always like the cool, quiet, and far from the noise of the city ambiance. The room is also quite cozy, dim, suitable for resting. But the last time I stayed I got a room with a slightly damaged and quite worn out headboard (hairdryer also has to be by request).
The food is quite complete and the taste is according to expectations. Good and informative service. Once when it was booked for the weekend, it turned out that the pool would be used for another event. Fortunately, the hotel had informed me in advance via WA so it could be cancelled.
The swimming pool is also good, quite clean, and fun for children, one of the reasons why I chose Oak Tree.
Just a suggestion, even though I didn't use the hotel towels, it seems like it's time to replace the towels. They're worn out and not white anymore. So it disturbs the view in the bathroom 😁. Some parts of the room and corridor also need maintenance. Overall, I'm happy to stay here.. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Located in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a weekend getaway. The staffs at the breakfast buffet didn’t pay attention to the food, there’s a lot of ants in the cakes, and when i stayed there, my room still had the leftover trash in the bathroom. I hope they can pay more attention to the staffs. The receptionist was super friendly tho!

The location is at the entrance to the housing complex, got an upgraded room that could see the city lights but was limited by the hallway. So the room window was facing the hallway. Got a room on the 11th floor, for the elevator when going up it felt like it was shaking. When we arrived it was raining and we took out our suitcases in front of the hotel door, around there were staff cleaning/gathering, but there was no initiative to help. Outdoor parking, a bit of a challenge if it rains. The cleanliness of the room is sufficient, but in the bathroom there is a lot of dust in the corners and the water drain in the shower is not good so when you take a shower the water stagnates. Spacious room, location like Puncak Bogor, cool, very fresh, room is quite spacious and there are many trees around like in the valley area, so this is the first time I've stayed here, next time I go to Semarang, just stay here, the price of the food is very cheap, Semarang soup is only IDR 40.000
