To other visitors, just look for other lodging instead of being disappointed staying at the Puri Royan Hotel, the rooms don't really recommend. The corner of the back room is damp, water seeps hard, the roof is broken, the TV is broken. The staff asked that only 1 room was sold. If you want it, you don't want it, that's it. There are many inns now, don't be arrogant.

Honestly, I really don't like the customer service. Not friendly. For the room for just staying overnight, the bed is quite comfortable. But it's a shame there aren't any toiletries or mineral water provided. So have to buy again.

1. Found a dead coackroach. 2. Bed and pillows are hard, really not comfortable (I don't know why they provide this bed to the customer). 3. The picture shown as standard room actually is the deluxe room. Standard is just bad so I went to upgrade on the spot.

This accommodation is perfect for events in West Denpasar. Easy access and various kinds of food available. There is a connecting door in the back of the hotel so it is practical if you want to go to the residential area (road). (Misol Island and its surroundings) do not need to turn the highway, if we walk. Thank you Puri Royan Hotel and all the officers.

The bathroom is dirty, there is no table or cupboard, the water that comes out of the wastagel is very small. AC is not functioning properly. Only the wifi is satisfying.

Weaknesses: there are cockroaches in the toilet, the mattress is worn out, pillows are worn out, dusty, stuffy, the hotel seems old, in the morning if there is no water to go to the toilet (the reason the occupants go to the toilet), the reception is very unfriendly in serving, many mosquitoes. My impression, no longer want to stay at this hotel. Pros: only strategic on the roadside. The price is easy in the bag. Conclusion: ono rego ono rupo. Cheap prices, well do not expect quality according to our expectations.

Although booking a room that is not air-conditioned but the rooms are ugly, damp and musty smell there are no towels or ameniteis. Room in the corner. I once booked a room that wasn't air-conditioned either but could be clean using a bathtub. The last to disappoint😏

Strategic hotel position. but for the condition of the room the shower didn't work properly and there were lots of cockroaches, and the mattress sponge was thin and felt like sleeping on the spring only.
