Staff was extremely welcoming, very polite and always helpful. Breakfast was fine. Lots of food options nearby if you're willing to walk. Close to the beach (great for watching the sunset).

Strategic location, city center. Breakfast is stingy, bringing a 5 year old child is also included. So 1 adult is not given breakfast on the grounds that 4 people have already had breakfast (including the child) because I booked 2 rooms.

The room is comfortable, but there are shortcomings such as the absence of glasses and complimentary drinks such as tea, coffee, etc., for that price there should be because it is standard for a 2-star hotel and above, there are not enough television channels and only local channels, the room is not soundproof because I can still hear the sound of slamming doors from other rooms, the rest is okay,

Good service, thank you to the staff on duty day/night who are equally friendly. It's just that the AC is dripping, fortunately the weather is the rainy season so it's not too hot even though the AC is not turned on.

The hotel is nice, but the room I booked yesterday didn't have a window, so it was stuffy and if I wanted to turn on the AC, I had to press the button on the AC. As a result, I had to climb up using a chair to turn on the AC 😭

The price does not match the room facilities, the room smells of cigarettes for the family suite type, going up the stairs to the 3rd floor makes it uncomfortable, the staff is not friendly.
