Ordering room service took a long time, and I think they should have called me back to see if everything was okay and then cleared it up if it was done, so I didn't have to wait for the guest to call to clear the tray.

we stayed here for the second time, but for the second time we were not so lucky because in the second room 803, there was no hot water for bathing. we have asked the hotel several times by phone or in person but it was not explained honestly, we were only asked to wait. in the end the hotel said that there was a repair of the water heater for all rooms. The hotel staff were friendly but it would be better if they were honest from the start so we didn't waste time just waiting for hot water for bathing. hopefully in the future it will be better, thank you.

The hotel's location is near the toll gate so it is easy to access, the price is quite affordable with pretty good facilities. The room is clean, some toiletries are lacking but are immediately filled by the staff, what's interesting about this hotel is that it doesn't provide bottled water but gallons of water are provided in the room. Spacious parking lot. We didn't try the food so we can't give a review. Maybe I'll come back again. Thank you

recommended to stay here, the staff is friendly. when checking in they are immediately served, just information if you want to stay, note the hairdryer in the application because there is not one in the bathroom yet. but honestly I really like staying here, the view is facing the highway too. I will be here again LG ❤️

Overall quite good, the service is good, the employees are friendly and quite helpful, access to the mall/industrial area is quite close.
only, in my opinion, the drawback is in the bathroom, the shower position is not exactly facing down, whether this is just a coincidence in the room I occupied or what, I don't really know.
If this can be fixed/improved, for me it is enough.

for this hotel oklaaah, only the first check-in process is a bit long in the lobby there are 2 front office desks but only 1 is serving.. While the queue was quite long when I was checking in in front of me there was only 1 person for almost 15 minutes 😅 and the request on the application had been asking for a high floor for a long time, but it turned out to be the 1st floor 🥹 the info was busy but it was okay.
For breakfast, the food tasted okay and delicious, it's just that the food in the buffet was finished and not immediately refilled, so there were many empty buffets and the variety could probably be added.
