I had the most pleasant to stay in this hotel. All staffs keep their hospitality. The room is good, clean, and have a good view. TV provides much channel. The bathroom is also clean. Overall it’s good. I recommend you to stay in here.

I have stayed here twice and am still satisfied with the service of Primebiz Hotel Surabaya. The hotel staff are nice and friendly. When I enter the hotel, it is clean and fragrant, as is the room. The breakfast is also delicious. I will definitely stay here again next time I go to Surabaya.
