The staff are all polite and kind, the downside of this hotel is that the room is damp and smelly, but I think this comes from the bathroom pipe, it's according to the price, if you book two rooms you can get an interconnected one
I intended to go on vacation while working, but the wifi was really slow, using XL also had no signal, tethering using Simpati only got 1mbps, so for those who intend to work, it's better to stay downstairs
At that time I was in a hurry to order until I didn't see that my order didn't include breakfast, luckily there was GoFood 😬

For the service and hotel staff are quite friendly, For room facilities such as pillows are a bit hard. Cleanliness please be improved and give fragrance every time a new visitor enters so that it smells good.

Old but clean hotel, very spacious room, quiet atmosphere, close to the Durung Ratu tourist area, just walk, there is a swimming pool too. Basically a comfortable hotel with friendly prices

The hotel staff was very friendly, got out of the car and was escorted by the security guard to the FO to check in, wanted to go to the room and was willing to carry our stuff because we only brought a few things ourselves. The atmosphere is comfortable, quite cold even without AC. We came at night, don't know if it's hot or not during the day. If it was 11 o'clock yesterday it was still cold. Definitely recommended
