So far it's okay with a cheap budget, quiet atmosphere, spacious room, hot water works well... but the bedsheets have lots of blood stains, the AC isn't cold enough, suddenly there are lots of ants

Quite a good homestay. Near from the sightseeing place, near to the city as well. Have a culinary area around 1KM from there. Clean, service are good, have balcony, affordable, and worth it. Lack of it was there is no breakfast (since it's not a hotel)

Room facilities are good, beds comfortable. it's just that the AC is less cold, the cleanliness of the bedroom and bathroom need more attention. when we enter the trash is still full (not thrown away) the drain in the bathroom is still full of hair (not yet cleaned), the sink still has a toothpaste sticking.

You could say, there is a price, there is a quality .. Maybe, if the size of homestay, this is good, but if for the hotel and relax, still far .. seen in the picture, like the front page is spacious, but in front of it there is a building too, so there is nothing to look at .. In terms of cleanliness of the room, ordinary .. In terms of cleanliness of the bathroom, slippery and there are yellow stains .. In terms of receptionist, I think less adequate, because often not in place .. And that most severe, in terms of air conditioning, not cold .. The plus value of ny is, in terms of location .. very easy to order go-food or walk for food .. But for people who like to enjoy the atmosphere in the hotel room
