The hotel staff is friendly, but the room is a bit smelly, the pillows are also very flat if possible and the sheets don't seem to have been replaced because there are stains. For a very strategic location. Please improve it again🙏🏻

If you bring children, order a slightly larger one, the location is close to the peak of the pass, without air conditioning it is already cold. Awesome

got a connecting room, coincidentally, when I brought a toddler to the room, it was really noisy, I intended to heal but instead I got dizzy because I could hear the crying of the little one, but the place was clean and comfortable, recommended

Very disappointed, the pillows are like fried tempeh, the photo shows a luxurious mattress but it's ugly, dirty, noisy and limp, the room is also stuffy, worse than a single room rental, the room is suitable for the price of 20 thousand, I warn you again! Don't let anyone stay here!

I ordered a pool view but it wasn't a pool view, it was on the 2nd floor. The floor was still made of wood. Noisy if there are people walking. There are no tissues in the room.

The mattress is so hard that the body hurts, the room is damp, the faucet is sometimes on and sometimes on, there is no soap, toothpaste, toothbrush is not available, it's not like other RedDoorz, please do this for comfort if it's not worth using instead.

The mattress was noisy, the sheets were broken, the sheets had lots of stains, the room was very smelly, the only positive thing was that the staff were friendly. The jet sower is closed tightly.

Dapet kamar yang ga nyaman pintu kamar mandi ga ada kunci, sabun, sikat gigi odol ga ada, berisik sama heksos kamar mandi di pojok pula, pas masuk agak bau pesing, banyak semut juga kamar nya hadeuh.

Dikamarnya ada kecoa sama semut nya. Mohon lebih sering lagi dibersihkan tempat nya mudah terjangkau. Sama kolam renang nya untuk yang dewasa tidak bisa digunakan air nya hijau karena tidak dibersihkan. Hanya kolam anak yang bisa digunakan. Sisa nya masih aman lahh.
