The cleanliness needs to be improved for the satisfaction of consumers who stay there, because access is okay, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are quite good, only the cleanliness is important, especially in the toilets.

The location is quite strategic, but the hotel area is dirty. The room was also not clean, the sheets, pillowcases, towels were a bit dirty, the bathroom smelled of urine, the hot water only lasted a short time, the roof of the bathroom had a hole in it like a xehos had been removed. It's a bit uncomfortable for people staying here.

Bed cover with many stains was not replaced / washed even though I had requested a change of bed sheet. The bathroom had a lot of crust and moss as if it had never been brushed / cleaned. The pillowcase was dirty with lots of stains, even though it was fragrant but the stains made me uncomfortable. I tried to ask for an explanation but the receptionist's answer was "it has been washed but the laundry is like that" an unacceptable reason. If it was the laundry that couldn't wash it clean, they could change to another laundry, in reality other accommodations can be clean and not like that.

The room is spacious, but the floor has a wide patch. It makes it uncomfortable to look at. There are also stains on the sheets. It seems that because the sheets and towels are white, they become duller over time. But the service is okay, huh?

The bathroom is really dirty, there are yellow spots, like it has never been cleaned, the sheets are really dirty, the pillows are a bit dull, the toilet has never been cleaned, right? There are lots of rules but the facilities are very disappointing

Actually the hotel interior is nice but the cleanliness is 0 the bathroom scale is yellow as if it hasn't been cleaned for a year even though now there are lots of bathroom dirt removers that are sold, just scrub it a little and it's gone 😮 the water smells of iron, the bathroom smells really bad, the spey used is like a very dirty rag my child's body itches, the whole room is dirty, the elevator is dusty, sleeping is very noisy. Comfort 0.001% ZONK. Please change it or you won't feel sorry for a nice hotel but no maintenance.

the hotel is very dirty. sheets, pillowcases, blankets, are black in color and smell musty. no more here, the floor is dirty and the bathroom smells really bad. highly recommended. At least it's clean :))

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel location is good, but when we checked in we found a puddle of water in the room (maybe there was a leak), the bathroom floor was dirty, and the bathroom water smelled.
