the bed was dirty, there were stains, it was damp, the walls were moldy, the floor was sticky.. this is the first time I've gotten a room like this for 1.5 million last night. The bathroom also had a bit of a clogged drain. The bathtub was leaking.. the worst thing was the cleanliness..

Until 12.00pm, the room that was going to be occupied was empty but still couldn't enter, okay the policy is at 14.00 but when other guests in the hotel could immediately be given the key even though we had been waiting and it turned out that the room we ordered was empty only there was still a plastic bag containing used sheets and towels, at 14.00 it could only be processed and even then had to ask several times, ha ha ha even though we were a group. I ordered a villa and got it in Flamboyan. The building and the facilities inside need to be upgraded. The mattress is very uncomfortable for a 4-star hotel. The floor is dirty and yellow, especially the bathroom. The view is quite good and the food is quite varied and tastes quite good. But the plus point is that the staff is friendly enough to carry suitcases.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is also varied...it is rare for a hotel to have dinner facilities. This hotel is one of the hotels that provides dinner facilities. Those who are lazy to go out at night when it rains, this dinner facility is nice. Only the bathroom door is moldy, this is what probably needs to be maintained properly... the soap is also a bar/solid, if the hotel facilities are better, liquid soap should be better. But the cleaning staff and staff are very responsive...cool

Friendly service, just after being in the room disappointed with the bathroom because it was a bit dirty on the floor and the bathroom cabinet was broken. In addition, the sheets and blankets were stained. For the food served, the taste and type were also standard. When eating, 1 child was charged again because he was over 10 years old. There were no towels provided at the swimming pool, so you had to bring them from the room.

It's okay as one of the hotel options in Trawas, but if I may, there are some notes that must be considered: - The bathroom smells, it's better to replace the exhaust with one with greater suction power. - The window glass needs to be cleaned more regularly, especially on Fridays before the weekend. - Almost all TV channels are blurry, and the choices are few. - Wifi needs to be given several signal booster spots. Overall everything is okay, the staff is full of smiles, including the food is also delicious (breakfast soto) and we will come back again.

I was disappointed when I ordered a villa with a bathroom and was given an executive room, but the hotel gave me an upgrade and the hotel's response for the 2nd time staying at Royal was very slow. Phone calls couldn't be received and WhatsApp responses were slow.

Yesterday we stayed in a deluxe room. Got a room in front of the garden. The room was nice and comfortable but the wifi and TV channels were not smooth ☺. The bathroom was clean. The water was smooth, the water heater was smooth. There was a lift to go up and down 👍. For breakfast, the food was pretty good. There were many variations. Yesterday we had to wait a long time because there was an event, so we had to queue to eat 😁. Children over 5 years old are charged 50 thousand for breakfast. The swimming pool is also clean. The staff are friendly. Thank you royal. 🙏😊.
