The room is so cool. Exceeded expectations.

Breakfast is just standard. Guess should be earlier to have the breakfast. Even around 8:30, lots of foods are not refilled anymore. The staff is just like an amateur. A bit smelly in the hotel lobby and the elevator. Luckily, the room didn't smell anything.

This is the 2nd time I'm satisfied staying here. I got a spacious room, there's a sofa, the bed is soft, there are lots of TV channels, and I got building B. 2 weeks ago I got building A but I wasn't so satisfied, but this time I didn't want to stay in bed for a long time 🫰

I stayed in building B. The room was very spacious. Just so you know, the drain in the bathroom was clogged so if 2 people were taking a shower the water would overflow.

The hotel staff entered the room without permission when we went out of the room. It is very unfortunate that the actions of the hotel staff are very disturbing to privacy.

Hotel service is quite good, location is also strategic

The hotel's vibe is good, unfortunately when I wanted to borrow an iron, they said they wanted to check first but there was no confirmation for up to 2 days.

This is the second time staying at Sapadia Siantar. Several years ago I stayed at Sapadia Siantar building A (old building). This year 2025 I stayed in building B (new building) executive double bed room. Advantages of this hotel: - Located in the center of the city, many places to eat around, just walk. Near Indomaret, near the car wash - Parking is very sufficient and spacious - Because it is located in the center of the city, so if you cross the road it is a bit difficult, but Sapadia security officers are very alert to help you cross. - The room is clean and spacious, there is a balcony - Friendly staff Disadvantages (room for improvement): - The toilet floor is a bit slippery, it should be fixed to avoid accidents - In the toilet there is only a rain shower (above the head), no hand shower. This is difficult because every time you take a shower there is a risk of getting your head and hair wet, even though you don't want to wash your hair - Breakfast is stated to be from 06.30 - 10.00 am, but when we arrived at 08.45 almost all the side dishes were gone. I asked for a refill, but only fried chicken was refilled, and even then only a little. All the other vegetables and side dishes were gone. So I only ate rice, omelettes and fried chicken (small pieces). It could be because it was peak season (early New Year), because I saw many tables taking too much food but not finishing it and throwing it away. Maybe you can think about how to distribute the food well, so that until 10 am all the menus are still complete - There are no special pool towels. If you want to swim, you have to bring a towel from your room. This is troublesome, because usually in many hotels that have swimming pools, special pool towels will always be provided. Please consider this for improvement. - The stairs in the new building feel a bit creepy, maybe because the lighting is lacking and there are no decorations on the stairs, so they look gloomy. - The design of the bed frame in my opinion needs to be considered to be replaced, because the corners are square and wide, several times my feet and my child's feet hit the outer corners of the bed frame. This is dangerous in my opinion. But overall, Hotel Sapadia Siantar is still a decent hotel and will always be on my list when visiting Siantar. Thank you.
