This hotel is very satisfying for customers, especially for people who have minimal budget. Okay service, okay place, near the highway and Siliwangi University. Strategic Location: This hotel is quite strategic and easy to find. Cleanliness: The room is very clean and well maintained every day. The facilities in the room are also complete. Service: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are responsive when I ask for something. Breakfast: The breakfast menu is quite diverse and tastes good. Food is always refilled and the breakfast area is clean.

1. Tempat lembab. 2. Kamar bau. 3. Sprei sprei tidak diganti. 4. Menginap 2 hari, tp tidak ada yang bersihkan selama saya menginap. 5. Nyamuk banyak banget! 6. Colokan listrik kondisi mau copot semua.

The worst experience during the stay, giving up at all costs, unfriendly service, the condition of the hotel looks dull, lots of empty rooms that look like they are rarely occupied, you can see from the properties that are not functioning properly.
